Description

Corebral Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) is essential for the nutrition of the nervous system, muscles and glands. It is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates during muscle contraction. Its deficiency causes an accumulation of toxic waste, resulting from the incomplete breakdown of carbohydrates in the blood and tissues, causing major disorders in the central nervous system.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) is involved in the transformation of amino acids. It is essential in the metabolism of tryptophan and therefore plays a role in the constitution of hemoglobin. It also mobilizes hepatic glycogen and is involved in muscle and cardiac contractions.

Pharmacokinetic characteristics

The absorption of vitamin B1 by the intramuscular route is rapid and complete. It is stored in the tissues. The highest concentration is in the liver, brain, kidneys and heart. It is eliminated through the urine.

Vitamin B6 is stored mainly in the liver, then eliminated in the urine mainly in the form of metabolites.
