Description
Emicina injection an Antibiotic of broad spectrum and long action.
Composition
Each mL contains:
Oxytetracycline …… .. 200 mg
Indications
For the prevention and treatment of diseases of cattle, pigs, sheep and goats, caused by bacteria sensitive to the action of this antibiotic.
Dosage and Route of Administration
Apply 1 mL per 10 kg of weight via intramuscular deep of a single dose; in pigs under 10 kg in weight, subcutaneous application is recommended. Likewise, no more than 0.5 mL should be applied to pigs under 2 kg in weight.
In bovines it can be administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously.
The therapeutic levels obtained with this single dose are maintained for 3 to 5 days.
Recommendations
- You should not apply more than 20 mL in one place.
- Do not store above 30 ° C.

- Bovines: Milk 72 hours, Meat via IM 16 days, Meat via SC 28 days.
- Pigs: Meat via IM 12 days.
- Sheep: Meat via IM 9 days.
